Pioneer unveils drip-proof sport earphones

Pioneer today unveiled two new models of ear type earphones for use during extreme sports activities like snow skating. The models SE-E751and SE-E721will be available in Japan late February. The new models under Bass Head series boost heavy bass reproduction. The ear phones are very comfortable to use during active sports and are Wet Splash-proof IPX2 (can be inclined at 15 or less, to protect against vertically falling drops of liquid).

Both Pioneer canal type units is adopted 9mm diameter (type earplug), equipped with a rare earth magnet strong magnetic force. By using the ball joint, the angle of the inner angle of earphone is varied according to the shape of the ear for a comfortable and light weight fit. In addition, both the two models are covered with a soft elastomer core resin material. Pioneer SE-E751 will be available in two colors-Silver and Gold for approximately 6,200 yen ($70).. Model SE-E721 in three colors-Re, White and Black for 4,400 yen.($50).
